We will do our best to provide a satisfactory service with your purchase, but if in any case you are unsatisfied, we will be more than happy to assist you with a return and/or exchange. Returns and exchanges can be accepted within 30 days from the day of purchase only if the item was wrongly delivered or if it is damaged. Kindly note that we will not process returns nor exchanges on sale items and used used merchandise. Returns 

All shipping costs for returned goods are borne by the buyer, and we do not accept responsibility for the loss of goods being returned. We suggest using a trackable shipping service when returning. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and the tags must not be removed.

After the first 10 days of delivery, if the buyer wants to return the items, we will be happy to issue store credit.

Returned items must be shipped to the mailing address below, otherwise we are not able to issue a refund, we will be happy to issue store credit.

Refunds (if applicable)

After the first 30 days of delivery, we DO NOT issue a refund, and if the buyer wants to return the items, we will be happy to issue store credit or exchange the items. Once your return is received and inspected, our Customer Service Department will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If your refund is rejected (due to the item found used, washed and/or damaged), then we will mail your package back to you. If applicable we will give you store credit.

Exchanges

Any shipping costs for exchanged goods are borne by the buyer, and we do not accept responsibility for the loss of goods being exchanged. We suggest using a trackable shipping service when returning.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@roofrackrail.com .

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. We will provide you store credit!

FAQ & Shipping Information

Has my order been shipped?

Once we ship your product, you will be provided a tracking number.

Track your purchase in the Track My Order section.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

On average, all orders usually ship from our warehouse within 24 hours after processing the order. The standard Ground Shipping is 2 to 5 business days.

Business days do not include Saturday, Sunday, or National holidays. For bulk parts, shipping can take up to 10 business days.

Overnight Shipping: All orders must be received before 1:00 PM Eastern Time (10:00 AM Pacific Time) Monday through Friday in order to be delivered on the next business day.

2-Day Air Delivery: Upon completion of the order, if made before the cut-off time, it will be delivered on the second business day.

What shipping companies do you use?

We use the following carriers for shipping: UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL.

UPS does not deliver to Puerto Rico (PR), Hawaii (HI), Alaska (AK), Virgin Islands (VI), APO and FPO addresses. Shipments to these locations can only be made via USPS, with a maximum package size limit of 108 inches or less, combining both length and width.
