How long does shipping take?
We ship exclusively with FedEx Express Cargo.
Delivery times are usually:
- USA: 2–5 business days
- International: 2–5 business days (depending on customs clearance)
How long does it take to process my order?
We typically process orders within 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 2:00 PM CT begin processing the same day. Weekend and holiday orders are processed the next business morning.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, all U.S. domestic orders include free FedEx Express shipping. International shipping costs are shown at checkout.
What happens if I am not home at the time of delivery?
FedEx may:
- Attempt a second delivery
- Leave your package at a secure local collection point
You will receive instructions from the carrier for pickup.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please notify us within 48 hours with photos of the issue. We will replace or correct the order at no additional cost.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a FedEx tracking number and link. You can also track your order using your tracking or order number on our Order Tracking page.
What should I do if my package is delayed or lost?
If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact our support team. We will work directly with FedEx to locate the package and resolve the issue promptly.
What is your return policy?
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is:
- Unused and uninstalled
- In original packaging
- Free from damage or modification
- All labels and protective films intact
The buyer is responsible for return shipping.
How do I initiate a return?

- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if applicable)
- Confirmation that the item is unused and in original condition
We will guide you through the return process.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 3–10 business days to post the credit.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. If you want to exchange your item for a different model or compatible product, contact us at info@roofrackrail.com. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs for both the return and replacement.

Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. We proudly offer a One-Year Corrosion-Free Guarantee on all roof racks and roof side rails. If you experience corrosion within one year of purchase, we will repair or replace the product at no cost. Improper use, accidents, or lack of maintenance are not covered.
Why was my payment declined?
Common reasons include:
- Incorrect card details
- Insufficient funds
- Bank security blocks
- Card not enabled for online or international purchases
If this happens, try another payment method or contact your bank.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Orders may be canceled within 24 hours, provided they have not been shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, but you may request a return upon delivery.
