Return Eligibility

• Tags, labels, protective films, and mounting hardware must be intact and not removed.
• Used, installed, washed, modified, or damaged items are not eligible for a refund.
•  Sale and promotional items are not refundable; however, store credit may be offered.

If the product arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Return Label, Shipping Cost & Method

•  Return Shipping Cost: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
•  Return Label: We do not provide prepaid return labels. Customers must create their own shipping label.
•  Return Method: Returns must be shipped using a trackable shipping service of your choice (FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS, etc.).
• We are not responsible for lost return shipments. Please keep your tracking number until the return is fully processed.
