Toros Trade LLC ships worldwide exclusively through FedEx Express Cargo. We operate from four international distribution bases, allowing us to fulfill orders efficiently based on product availability and customer location.

Our primary fulfillment hub is located in Georgia, USA, and all shipments are dispatched based on the nearest available inventory.

Order Processing

• Standard processing time: 1–2 business days.
• Orders placed before 2:00 PM CT (Central Time) begin processing the same day.
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM CT begin processing on the next business day.
• Weekend orders may be processed on Saturday but officially ship Monday morning.
  
• Orders placed on public holidays ship on the next business morning.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

All domestic orders are shipped from our Georgia hub via FedEx Express Cargo.

• Shipping Cost: Free for all U.S. orders.
• U.S. Sales Tax: Calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery address.
• Delivery Time: Typically 2–5 business days, depending on destination and inventory availability.
• Orders paid before 2:00 PM CT may ship the same day depending on inventory.

International Shipping (Worldwide)

International orders also ship exclusively via FedEx Express Cargo.

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
• Typical delivery time is 2–5 business days, depending on customs clearance.
• All shipments include commercial invoices and customs labels.
• Customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and clearance fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

Order Tracking

A tracking number and tracking link are provided once the order ships.
You may track your shipment through the link in your email or by using your tracking/order number on our Order Tracking page.

Delivery Issues

Damage or incorrect items

If the product arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

If You Are Not Available at Delivery

• FedEx may attempt a second delivery, or
• Leave the package at a local collection point. You will receive detailed instructions from the carrier explaining how and where to collect your package.

Missing or Lost Packages

• If your package does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team.
• We will coordinate directly with FedEx to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Change of Address

• Address changes can only be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.
• After the order has shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address.

Order Cancellation

• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours, provided they have not yet shipped.
• Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled; however, returns may be requested after delivery.
• To request a cancellation, please contact us at info@roofrackrail.com with your order number.
